This illustration piece is inspired by certain snail shells that are shaped similarly to the swirl of an ice cream cone. I topped off the snail ice cream with a ladybug eating a blade of grass to recreate a cherry and stem. This piece was a joy to create and speaks to me creatively. I enjoyed playing with textures for this project where the ice cream cone and the background are composed of different brushes that make the shiny and smooth look of the snail shell really stand out by contrast.
